About Us
Philosophy
Alphabet Academy is a child care center and preschool inspired by the work of Dr. Maria Montessori. Alphabet Academy is designed with you in mind – parents who desire a unique and high-quality care and preschool experience nestled in a warm and inviting environment for their children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age. We believe that children are the greatest gift of life.
Objectives
At Alphabet Academy, our program focuses on learning for life. Working with the sensitive periods Montessori observed and identified in children from birth to 6 years of age, our environment is designed to harness opportunities that naturally present themselves and influence your child’s development. It is through these experiences that your child builds social and academic foundations
Enrollment
Alphabet Academy resides at 6355 Beechtree Drive in West Des Moines; among the Bella Centro Condominium community, just two blocks east of Jordan Creek Mall. We are conveniently located in the vicinity of Wells Fargo, Athene, Microsoft, and DMACC West. Alphabet Academy is easily accessed from the south via S. 64th or from the north via Jordan Creek Parkway and Interstate 80.
